These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Irish IPTV Ireland subscription service ("the Service"), operated since 2018. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Service

Irish IPTV Ireland provides an internet-based television subscription giving access to live channels and on-demand content, delivered via IPTV technology. We do not supply or own the underlying broadcast content — it is provided through licensed distribution partners.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans are billed upfront for the chosen term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) — see Pricing for current rates.
• There is no automatic recurring billing; renewal requires a new payment at the end of the term.
• Prices are listed in EUR and may change for future billing periods, with current customers unaffected mid-term.

3. Account Use

• Login credentials are for the subscribing customer only and should not be shared or resold outside an authorized reseller agreement.
• Accounts found in breach of fair-use limits (e.g., excessive simultaneous streams beyond the plan's device limit) may be suspended.

4. Refunds

A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, since IPTV delivery depends on the customer's own internet connection and third-party network conditions outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, beyond a refund under the terms of our Refund Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
