Install the PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on from within Kodi, paste your subscription's M3U link into its configuration, and restart Kodi to load your channel list into the built-in TV section.
From the Kodi home screen, select Add-ons, then the Add-on browser (the open box icon).
Go to PVR clients, select PVR IPTV Simple Client, and install it.
Open the add-on's configuration, select the General tab, and paste your subscription's M3U URL into the M3U Play List URL field.
Enable the PVR client, restart Kodi, and allow it to load the channel list.
Go to the TV section in Kodi's main menu to browse and watch live channels.
In the same PVR IPTV Simple Client configuration screen, switch to the EPG Settings tab and enter your subscription's XMLTV URL if one was provided. This adds a proper channel guide showing what's on now and next, rather than just a plain channel list.
An EPG (XMLTV) URL is optional but recommended, since it adds a proper program guide showing what's currently airing and what's coming up, rather than just a bare channel list.
The PVR IPTV Simple Client works with current Kodi versions (19 Matrix and later), and the setup steps are the same across Windows, Android, and Linux Kodi installations.
